Snack Idea

Post by Sundayjumper »

Some curry, inside an onion bhaji.

What do we think ? Everyone in the office here reckons it's a winner.

What about a Scotch Egg Bhaji? With some curry in the middle.

In here, one chap gets a 'protien blast' from one of our regular friday lunchtime takeaways, which is lamb chops, chicken, etc in a nice spicy coating.

He then gets chilli sauce, and a naan.

This is all combined into the greatest poor mans burrito ever seen.

And no, it's not me.

Protein blast should never be used to describe food.

It would probably be good, no idea how you'd actually make it though.

Anyone had a Nargisi Kebab before? It's like a scotch egg but with spiced lamb mince around the egg instead of sausage meat.

Ice-cream curry, but inside a poached egg.

I’d buy that.

Punjabi Nachos

Mini poppadoms, covered with keema and dhal, and a sprinkle of tamarind and a mango and chilli dip :)

Onion bhaji’s would be a bit porous surely? Be a bit leaky

Yeah, we've been making that joke at his expense for over a year, he still orders it...I think he enjoys it.
