Y'all need to move to the West Midlands; we've had none of that. It was rainy/drizzly yesterday, but we had sunshine and dry weather this arvo.

Suddenly the damp persistent fog is much more attractive.
How about not having a sig at all?

:o Won't somebody think of the skidz?

Haven't got any forecast for here, just rain through the day leading to a clear, dry night and -2°C. I really should get the winter tyres on

It's been ridiculously warm this Christmas and New Year

It feels so wrong (such of course it is!)

Think it was 12°C in Hove on New Year's Day, and it's only dropping to about 8-9°C at night...

16c here last week. Went to the park with the kids and ended up walking around with my coat and hoodie open. Didn't feel cold at all. Looking like it is getting a bit colder from now on though.

And apparently, just a few days later, it's going to be -3° tonight...

Worth it for the sunlight, sunset, moon, stars and planets imho. Doubtless there'll be chaos on the roads in the morn.

Interesting weather today - it's been foggy all day around our house but a couple of miles away it's been clear. Looked lovely with the sun coming through the mist as it went down though.

I forgot to say; I don't know about your way but here we had an orange moderate for pollution, that would aid the foggy murkiness. Crystal clear atm, many, many stars are visible :)

I think it’s just mist from the river and lake which is half a mile away and the temperature causing an inversion; centre of Cheltenham was apparently completely clear.

Had a superb sunset which seemed to last about 2 hours. Couple of Misty bits just hovering over some of the fields as o got close to home, but lovely and clear most of the day.
Cheers, Harry

Full moon tonight but most will be lucky to see it; even here where we tend to miss the worst we've got gusts of 45mph atm with 70mph forecast for Friday. We've had downpours on and off through the last couple of days, there's plenty of water laying about with puddles where we don't get puddles. Some places may yet get red warnings for wind and/or rain. Good luck everyone, even if you claim it's normal summer weather where you are.
