Other than watching the occasional YouTube video which popped-up, I don't think I've looked at anything else of theirs since the launch tbh.

I looked when it started, recall being completely confused, and left. Did not return.

This. You basically only get one chance to do this or you loose folk. Also IIRC there wasn't an option on launch to sign up with an email address. You needed to have a Facebook account.
