It’s impossible to avoid so I’ll probably watch it, without any expectation that I’ll stay in the room for the whole game.

If we win, can the press and media wind down the coverage a bit for the World Cup next year?

England supporters have always embarrassed us wherever they go. Fighting and drunken shenanigans are always pretty shameful.


I know it isn't all of them but there always a heck of a lot of dickheads around English football.

This might be my own prejudice, but I’d guess the Venn diagram of people causing trouble today and people who booed at earlier games is a circle.

Enjoy the adverts.
Can’t understand why there’s a closing ceremony before the final game. If the closing ceremony is worth having it should be after the last game; if it wouldn’t attract any interest then don’t bother with it.
