I think think Hamilton ran to Albon as soon as he parked up to apologise and then admitted liability publicly which is asking for a penalty but that said I thought Albon left the door wide open so it is technically a racing incident with no further action?
I can see why he’s waiting on on getting confirmation from Toto as to his commitment to the team before renewing his own contract.

The Stewards reviewed video evidence and heard from the driver of car 5 (Sebastian Vettel), the driver of car 16 (Charles Leclerc) and the team representative .
The Stewards determined that both drivers had the opportunity avoid or mitigate the incident and therefore that neither driver is predominantly at fault. Therefore the Stewards take no further action.
