I just posted a new blog on Aston Martin's 2020 Results and outlook going forward.

While the amount of financial jargon does make me feel a bit smoothbrain (as the kiddies say) the summary is very interesting. Is the conclusion that IPO investors have been burned, processed into fertilizer, grown, eaten, shat out and plowed under again a fair one?

Valhalla four cylinder would only be interesting if they bought the Williams engine that was going to be in the CX75. I don't think that scenario likely.

Is "smooth brain" the 2020s "spastic"? It is an actual medical condition that is pretty horrible.

Yes, the original IPO investors are worm food.

Not generally it's one of the self deprecating ways some of the inexperienced Wall Street Bets subreddit (of recent Gamestop short squeeze debarcle) refer to themselves.
I can imagine it is a pretty horrible condition and sorry if I caused offense.

No particular offence caused, I just think it's a pretty crap term - it doesn't even roll off the tongue well!

I blame it on the delay of the next James Bond movie.

The risk for AM is that they become the next Saab.

FTFY

Would that be such a bad thing for AML? Traditional pushrod V8s none of this fancy turbo nonsense. Appeals to shooting enthusiasts. I think I've found the new synergistic paradigm, someone get Stroll on a zoom call...
