Saw him standing next to a Quattro S1 at Goodwood FoS a few years ago; also saw him on the RAC Rally in the 80s. RIP to one of my early motor racing heroes.

That's really sad

I fixed on the Quattro and him when I was young

The combination made a real impression on me

I remember watching him, Walter Rohl, Stig Blomqvist and Roger Clark as a boy.

RIP.
If you get all wobbly-lipped about the opinion of Internet strangers, maybe it's time to take a bath with the toaster as you'll never amount to sh1t anyway.
