You'll never chase me away. I'm like a bad penny
And while not having met him, I've had many a long chat with him on FB PM and he's always been a good sort.

Given that he started almost all of the arguments he then complained about being involved in, I think his experiences elsewhere will be broadly similar.mik wrote: ↑Tue Sep 01, 2020 12:44 pm Paraphrasing a twitter discussion, but he realised he was wasting time arguing with folks on here - better to spend his time not arguing (ok arguing less ) with folks on other platforms that were providing a more positive experience. Hence I don’t think he’ll be back.
Re: Cheers Rev
Surely he is DIW if he didn't announce the flounce? It is funny cos in person Neil comes across as a hairy biker type only with cakes, on here, his posts are forensic and informed and intelligent, which puts him in the minority,
Re: Cheers Rev
Does anyone know if he got the Camaro gearbox repaired? I was enjoying reading his American adventure
Re: Cheers Rev
Indeed, he did do some interesting stuff with cars which I liked to read about. I guess one just has to go on facestagram or something now to see it.
Re: Cheers Rev
Its like the poor lad has passed away.
Re: Cheers Rev
Didn't realise he'd backed out of here, but I can see why. Funny thing is, I see him regularly educating the morons on FB still, so he's yet to go full cold turkey
He's a decent bloke IRL, I catch up with him semi regularly.

Far more hopeless task than on here is wager. And very odd. I have family members that do the same and I just don't get it.

He's on the dashcam ones, if that doesn't define pissing in the wind I don't know what is.Swervin_Mervin wrote: ↑Tue Sep 01, 2020 9:53 pmEFA
