Got it - race starts around 7min10s.

3rd not so shabby - although I guess he spent more time airborne than desired.

TBH, I was expecting to completely embarrass myself - I set the PS4/wheels/seat thing up in November, played a couple of times that first week, then got distracted by real life stuff (and the occasional bit of COD). Roll forward to about a week ago when they announced this Esports thing, I set it all up again and frantically practiced for 3-4 days, but knew I was still best part of a second adrift of the quick guys.

So I was pretty surprised when I managed to qualify 3rd!

With hindsight, if I'd been a bit more patient in the race, I did actually have the pace to bag 2nd (what's needed to qualify for the grand final). But I wasn't. Hey-ho. At least in esports your cock-ups don't come with a massive repair bill!

Oh, and I can and will re-do the jelly cake, but have to concede that the Bering Strait trip is looking extremely unlikely at this point ;)

Coverage is a bit crap in that they don’t go back and review / comment on incidents. It’s easy to miss things.

Bloke that took you off appeared to think the apex for Duffus was about 25m before the corner....
