Re: Your fleet running reports

Subaru didn't like the hot weather last week and being pushed a bit on the motorway. Temp gauge started to climb, could be a sticky thermostat as reports of this are quite common. I've monitored it with Torque and it sit's at around 88 degrees which I'm told it totally normal. I started looking at ...

Re: Holidaying in the UK v abroad

No summer holiday for us this year :( I have the last couple of weeks booked in August but it's more likely I'll be on a DIY project.

Do have a week booked for October half term holidays, in Cornwall, as usual.

Jon

IT Contractor agreement

G'day, any of the IT bods able to help? Just after a quickie contract template to supply some IT help to a local charitable firm. Ideally needs to be low on legalise and more on the what each party cant expect of the other. Googling it not all that helpful.

Cheers,
Jon

Re: Anyone know anything about generators?

Check the wattage on both the welder and compressor, convert to kVA and buy one rated to that amount. You'll probably find you'll need a 7kVA one. I guess the usual gumtree/fleabay sources if you don't want to invest proper dollar.

Re: Brittany and Normandy trip

Looks great, Chris! Did the area as a youngster with the olds but of course you don't get the full sense of history at that age.

Whatever you do, don't have kids! If she doesn't want any, and can put up with a Cater-holiday, time to put a ring on it 8-)

Re: Automotive First - Driven - EV

I guess rather predictably I'll bite regarding the Zoe. I think they look fine, at least for a relatively small 5-door car (which is always a compromise). Dare I whisper it but I really don't like the looks of the 997....so let's just say looks are subjective. At least the Zoe doesn't have to shout ...
