Re: Teh Spotted Thread
Yeah it’s a nice place, quiet for London.
Embargo still exists but I think it’s gone downhill, I’ve never rated it very highly.

Brabus 4x4
I don’t think these look good though, the 6x6 was such an engineering extravaganza that this just seems like a G wagon with a lift kit and big rims.

Re: BBQs
It’s a massive tagine pot.
Re: BBQs
Kamado are probably the most versatile, you can pretty much do anything with them: bake a pizza, bbq, fajitas, smoke, grill... My dad likes his so much he actually wipes the stainless steel off with a micro fibre and stores it IN the garage.

You segregate your meat and two veg?
Re: BBQs
Like DaveE's mate, I use my gas bbq far more than I ever would a charcoal one because it's convenient. I can't get the same flamed/seared effect on my domestic hob so it's not quite the same as using a griddle outside. The new Everdure range has some charcoal bbqs with a gas starter - that avoids t...

I just kept waiting for him to say a Range Rover rides and handles better but at the end of the day if he gives a bad review he won’t get new cars from manufacturers to review will he...
Re: BBQs
If you want to smoke properly, as in chuck a slab of meat in for many hours you need a tall vertical smoker if cooking over actual coals.

The rope thing is a copy of the Spectre film car, I see one chugging around Sloane Square most days of the week and they do look awful. ...easy way for dealers to double the markup by adding some tat though https://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds?Category=used-cars&Keyword=Spectre&KeywordCle...

Again on the cheaper end of the £20-30 scale I’ve used Sony MDR-XB50AP for many years now.

Re: The idle dreaming “what next” thread.
My dad wanted to buy a Caterham but then my mum said she didn’t feel safe in it. She really enjoys driving the Kawasaki Mule around the farm though as it sits taller and has a cage so then they were this close >.< to buying a Nomad. Then the bastard BMW dealer called and asked if he’d like to put do...

Re: The idle dreaming “what next” thread.
Was thinking about a used GT86 but they’re still asking way too much for them. Maybe once they’re sub £8k for a sensible mileage one since I would probably need to spend quite a bit to turn it into what I want. I don't know what the price is, but a mate is selling his Litchfield BRZ if you're inter...

Sky
So which wise guy at Sky thought it was a good idea moving the Discovery and Nat Geo channels which were nicely grouped together from channel 520 onwards to all over the fucking place spread across 300 channels

I also bought this in the PSN sale, got through all the training missions easily enough although it’s clear the PS4 controller is lacking in buttons (I hate having to use button combinations to access frequently used feaures). Went into the main game mode and have absolutely no clue what to do. Flew...

There used to be an authorised Apple repairer in Covent Garden called Amsys. My friend worked at Apple Covent Garden and said they would send any repairs off to Amsys whenever they were too busy themselves.
