Re: Your fleet running reports

Oof. Similar to my old SLK55. "It'll just be the controller unit, about £500". Turns out the whole thing needed a rebuild, £2500 later... Not sure I'd want to drop £3k on the car though....depends how much you enjoy it and how solid the rest? What's it worth with a broken box? It's a non ...

Re: Your fleet running reports

The 535d engine has proved to be TOO EXTREME for its gearbox and has gone into limp home mode and will no longer clear the error with a restart. There's an automatic gearbox specialist a mile and a half from my house so I'll get it booked in. Looking online it seems that a service /repair will be £...

My office is on the old BAe site in Filton and I drive past the runway when I go in. If you're near Bristol, the Bristol Aerospace museum is definately worth a visit and the Concorde exhibit is great.

Re: Bye Bye Sunak..

So apparently you don't have to be a sitting MP to be a cabinet minister. Aren't we glad that we got rid of all the supposedly unelected EU bureaucrats so we can elevate a disgraced former PM/MP to be our foreign secretary without having to bother with an election? Technically, The PM doesn't even ...

I was intrigued to find that the place we're moving to isn't in greenbelt because it's in the middle of the countryside, unlike where we currently live which is just outside Cheltenham. You appear to have missed the reason that the Cheltenham/Gloucester green belt exists. Think of it more as a rest...

I had to reterminate the earth on a rear light cluster this year, shit like that just happens on older cars. You should really know that by now
