Just realised that I could audio book the shit out of a few books while I'm traveling between Leeds and Herts.
In here, one chap gets a 'protien blast' from one of our regular friday lunchtime takeaways, which is lamb chops, chicken, etc in a nice spicy coating.
He then gets chilli sauce, and a naan.
This is all combined into the greatest poor mans burrito ever seen.
