812 in a shade close to TdF blue with yellow accents doing warp speed. Looked outrageous.

Re: Harry’s Garage

540Cs and 570GTs also look like mega value at 70-80k. Is the reliability of these supposed to be any better than the 12C? They have passive dampers I believe (which caused a lot of problems on the 12C on account of the fluid being shared with the gearbox IIRC) which should have removed some of the ...

Re: Your fleet running reports

Sunday evening. Early dinner. Bit of time before Line Of Duty. Slightly down about work in the morning.... time for a quick blast! Dukes Pass is a torturously twisty ribbon of tarmac at Aberfoyle. You spend most of it in 2nd with occasional forays into 3rd. Some of the tighter turns could pr...

@Maurice You need to edit (not add a post to) the 60to100 Fred
3rd place. I reckon I could have that pesky Ferrari in 2nd.

Erm, quite a bit quicker than I imagined actually:

Few runs on local airfield and I’d put the average of them at about 3.7 secs.

I initially mentioned about collecting the car from them as I was incredibly keen for a nose around their facility. We pencilled in Thursday for collection but I became increasingly uncomfortabl...

Re: The Exige is Dead

That is nice, also slatted rear window 8-) You can barely see out the back, but instead allows you to focus on one of the great little details on it. The throttle butterfly valve sits on the back side of the chargecooler, meaning that when you heel and toe you can see it dance back and forth in the...

Can we try and package up some of Simon’s posts in this thread into an NFT and try and punt it?
