Re: Your fleet running reports
The UP looks fantastic, I don’t normally like cars with such a small sidewalk but that looks really cool 8-) Dave! What about cars with no pavement at all? Since my phone updated about 6 months ago my predictive text is atrocious. Presume I just have a tumour on the brain and it makes sense though....

Re: Your fleet running reports
I’d be keen to hear if there’s a tangible difference between the M2 and M2C :) Yeah, let us know Roberto The Comp feels much punchier/torquey than my car which feels more normally aspirated with a zingy top end . It doesn't actually feel quicker though. The newer car is more composed over typical u...

Re: Your fleet running reports
The M2 has just had it's first proper service at 14k miles. Nothing to report other than a rear light cluster replaced under warranty. I haven't even put tyres on it yet. I like everything about it. It always feels like an event driving it as did my 996 but far more practical and therefore usable. ...

Re: Your fleet running reports
I’ve driven a few 135i coops recently and they’re very quick ( esp with 400bhp ), very solid .....but you can ‘feel’ the extra lard through a roundabout Definitely my biggest complaint about the 330ci - it's such a lardy fucking thing. Sure, at speed it hides it's weight, but if you're braking towa...

As Fatboy said, you’ve come a long way baby! https://i.imgur.com/nN3aCth.jpg Cheers Mike, I enjoyed the good old days. I think that is why I am now in an exige - lightness of touch and raw feel. The MB was fast but none of those things I know yours isn’t a V6 but last time I weighed mine at the loc...

Re: Clay pigeon shooting
Did it as a youngster along with other forms of shooting. Did ABT, Skeet, DTL and Sporting disciplines and got reasonably good - enough to get some Eley badges and win a couple of cups. Had a Winchester 101 Lightweight 12 gauge Liked Sporting the best but most places put on a DTL when I used to do i...

Re: New Car
I must correct my previous criticism on power figures WRT Autocar. They seem 100% bob on with their bhp v PS stats. 8-) They often make typos or don't proofread things like a lot of mags are guilty of. Generally though I've found they're pretty close on most of the info and they can usually smell a...
