Re: Your fleet running reports

Got the 45 back from the garage. They've changed the fuel filter, and have surmised it had probably picked up some crap from the tank that was restricting the flow. Ignition system is all checked out ok, so was most likel fuel starvation. They recommend I run it on Super because E5/E10 bollocks, but...

Re: No F1 thread?

Exactly the right call, IMO. I didn't really care who won ultimately, only that they were actually racing. And a one lap duke it out for a championship title is a good result in my book. It was even a clean overtake by Max.

The post-race whining and protesting can get in the sea.

Re: Your fleet running reports

Later ones are individual coils, middle ones are a double coil pack on the back of the block ( I have a spare if Tim’s is that type, but I doubt it ) early ones are single coil with cap and rotor arm. Two coil packs, feeding 1&4 and 2&3. I took it all apart, reassembled it and it's fine now...

Massive mis-fire on the Rover. I suspect a coil pack has gone. Balls.

I attempted to replace the faulty wheel speed sensor that caused the issue Those wheel speed sensors get covered in crap. I cleaned mine when this same issue appeared and it...

Re: Your fleet running reports

I got the Jaguar booked in for it's fix-up today, 2nd week of Jan. Cannot wait to get back in that, as fun as the little Rover is. May have a buyer for that waiting already, which is nice.

New Ferrari Cheesegrater/Daytona

From the side, it looks fab. From any other angle, wtaf?!

Presumably this is another of those billionaire wallet-lighteners that will sit in someones living room slash garage until the next investor comes along, and we'll never see one on the road to be offended by it?

You don't have to have all the garish graphics and contrasting paint on it. Enjoyed that segment - the rest was absolute pish.

I do wonder what Harris thinks about some of the stuff he's asked to do.

Yeah that'll be a 916 Senna. Only 300 of them made. He probably doesn't ride it because of the chiropractor bills afterwards (essentially same bike as my 748 only more betterer engine and bits)

Had my booster yesterday and they had to give me a face covering as I just don't carry them these days. Without wanting to poke the bear - shirely you'd have thought to take a mask to a healthcare setting? I only really wear mine now in places like that, or if it looks especially busy or full of ol...

Out of spec is out of spec though, it's an absolute offence like speeding. You either are or you're not.

The wing repair is permitted under the regs.
