Re: The Movie Thread

Watched Batman: The Killing Joke a few days ago on Sky Movies. It was ok, very dark and "adult". Hamill and Conroy do their usual excellent voice work, but it was a pretty thin story, mainly there to showcase a few controversial moments. I would have preferred this to have been shorter. I...

Re: Red Dead Redemption 2

I can’t see that RDR2 will be using the same engine that they put GTA6 on. GTA6 is a long way off, and will be on a new generation of consoles RDR is basically GTA on horses. Re: BBQs

If you want to smoke properly, as in chuck a slab of meat in for many hours you need a tall vertical smoker if cooking over actual coals. I own such a thing, but space is of a premium, and it’s a bit of a one trick pony If you want the new one for grilling, why not get a gas BBQ? You already have t...

Re: BBQs

I want a gas bbq, but when I think about having had one in the past it was probably less convenient due to being a PITA to clean. I have a technique here, and it’s BRILLIANT After serving the last of the food, I turn the gas off, and spray the grill with the garden hose (cone setting), whilst brush...
