Re: 12Cilindri
Weird. Daytona front, who knows what inspired back and a silly name. New Ferraris don't really appeal much to me any more.

Re: Tony Martin Pt2
The tone of the whole piece is pretty odd, but I guess they're severely restricted on what info they can include at this stage.
I don't get why telling us the dead burglar played on a football team is relevant though.

I'll see your half polish / latin and raise you Cockney... I'll see your Polish, Latin Cockney and raise you a Ginger. Ian, she sounds like she's used to playing games to get her way rather than using her grown up words. You're well shot of her. to be fair - your one was completely me...

All women are mental in the end. I just had a "conversation" with my mrs about the humidifier we have. My little boy has chicken pox and is struggling to sleep, so we're trying everything that helps when he's ill. One of them is the humidifier. She can't get it working, I'm watching her r...

Re: TWR (Lazarus version)
The earlier XJSs are so much cooler than those late ones. I never liked that 90s facelift.

Re: Car Hire Lottery
Remember when Tesla charged £20k or was it £40k for the ludicrous over the air update  There was also an option to pay a few grand for the Model 3 long range acceleration boost. They’re all at it for years. BMW with the subscription models and engines. All cars having heated seats but not the ...

Re: Car Hire Lottery
Merc are also the company that make you pay a large yearly subscription to have the full power motors (that are already installed and working at a lower output) - so a hobbled sound system doesn't sound particularly far fetched. Just like the E90 BMW 325i with the same 3.0 6-cyl engine as the 330i ...

Re: Woman
As proof I (we) really don’t understand women, this one has been messaging me more in the last few days than she did whilst dating, making it sound like this was a push for more commitment (??) and so we are meeting up for a chat later.. maybe she reads this forum!? 🤣 Tl;dr - woman be crazy! Re: Today’s want
No issues with my manual M2 - the driving position seems exactly the same as every other BMW I've owned and the tunnel is no higher than our 320d. I cannot recall if you have an f22 or g87, maybe the comments on the M2 related to a clutch pedal and the middle carbon piece between your thighs. neith...

Re: Harry’s Garage
Enjoyed that (so did Harry!)! The black, lowered with silver wheels really works - dare I say it, it reminds me a little of my e46 in stance.
I can see myself lowering mine one day and turning the bhp up to something beginning with a 5 (I just need to find out what it'll do to my insurance).

Re: Parking
That's pretty self explanatory, look at the angle of the car parking spots, it's not easy to reverse in as the angle will be too sharp. In this case you're right. Although I'll often advocate for echelon parking to be reverse-in only. They used to have reverse in echelon bays years ago near Central...

Re: Today’s want
I imagine it's like anything, familiarity breeding contempt. Mines only 40bhp less than the new one and I'd happily have lots more bhp in mine.

Re: Parking
It's just easier reversing in. I don't get why anyone would choose to go in forward unless the space is in line with the direction you're driving (like at the end) or you need access to the boot.
