Wow, the app is rubbish isn't it! Tried briefly to get it to make an album, even googled how to and decided not to waste further time and uninstalled.

Those three white lines in the top right of your screenshot look like the index button on the mobile site. Is the album's link maybe there?

It is from my PC but there's a similar big blue button when using the mobile site on my Android phone.

Navigate to the album's Tab via the index top left?

New Cam sensors have solved the idle and pullaway issue on the E39, and seem to have restored a big chunk of torque
I have however managed to somehow simultaneously break the cruise control
