Re: 6 Nations

The ref bottled that kick, the rules are the penalty can't be charged down or appraoched and if it is the kicker gets to retake 10m further forward!

Italy were robbed.

Re: 6 Nations

The flag doesn't count anymore as touch but did up until 2014.

Even more bizarre is if a kicked ball hits a corner flag and bounces into play the ball is still live!

The reviews were poor and the car has to be registered by the 31st March so possibly a quarterly dealer bonus on the line.

Re: EV Thread

I've just handed my EV back last week, and still pondering my options - I'm hoping the fleet emission stress forces some last minute deals through soon, failing that I might "have" to buy an ICE vehicle instead. How about a Honda eNy1 £16,000 dealer deposit contribution and then £179 pm P...

Re: Today’s want

Harry’s latest video shows Alpine 110 GT for £599 pcm on 0% interest I had a look at this again today. The base model is £499 a month but nearly £8k deposit and 2.9% interest; the GT is £599 a month but under £6k deposit and 0% interest. The S deal is the same as the GT. So there's little reason to...

Re: New TV Tiime

Why don't TVs come with screws for their VESA mount holes FFS!

For the 2nd time in a couple of months one of the telly's in the bedrooms has broken and been replaced but the mount screws are different.

Re: EV Thread

That is bollocks Mito.

The later grant stipulated that the unit had smart features so you could benefit from off peak or load management tariffs. Some had a SIM card but most connected to the house WiFi/Router.

You're not required to use or even leave the smart function connected!

Re: EV Thread

Yeah, the more I look in to it the murkier it gets. Actually like @Mito Man says, looks like the car does the smart stuff, so a grand will get you a decent charger box installed. However... The extra load that charger puts on the supply, plus any solar panels you may intend to use and of course, an...

Re: EV Thread

Two I3's I looked at both showed full charges but one showed 130 miles and the other 151, both similar mileage cars and both 69 plate cars. I'd guess there's a lot to take onto account though, so I'm not sure without plugging it in and checking actual cell values how you would ascertain the health ...

Re: EV Thread

There is an 8 year 100k miles warranty on lots of EV's, i couldn't find a single example of a hv battery failure in the uk on an i3 before buying mine.
