Re: Your fleet running reports

might be fun trying to get he bikes on with a fucked rotator cuff Same here. Have had some movement in my shoulder joint for decades - damaged it in my late teens moving a gearbox around on my own in the garage. About a month ago however I did “something” to it and it’s now “unstable”. Absolutely n...

You can quote his post and copy the photo urls into a browser / then they are visible.

@Swervin_Mervin Absolutely agree.

He has the capabilities of Maureen from Driving School, with an unhealthy dollop of nefarious intent - in order to push for the removal of higher-risk road users for his protection (mostly from himself).

Re: It’s time for another forum cycle/vehicle disagreement

I swear Vine is going to come a cropper by just riding in to the side of a car/bus to make a point. He doesn't seem to be riding very defensively or reading the road ahead at all. That would not suit his agenda - you can't peddle (pun intended) your horror and outrage that vehicle users are not tak...

Re: It’s time for another forum cycle/vehicle disagreement

Different angle which just clarifies what has already been stated: 1. Is Mr Vile originally riding in the centre of his lane? Yes. 2. Does the bus pass with it's wheels slightly over the line - encroaching on his lane? Yes. 3. Does Mr Vile see the bus making a pass, and drift approx 50cm to the righ...

Re: Saga of the Aston Martin Valkyrie

Just finished watching the Harris video. Enjoyed it, but my questions remain. Who TF really wants a "road car" with the engine bolted directly to the tub? :? Surely you'll want out of the car for a break within even an hour of driving? SSO - what am I missing? Even the XJR-15 wasn't direct...

Correct, but I didn't have the time (aka couldn't be arsed) looking that up.

Quick back of fag packet calculations: Poster car of my generation - 1989 Countach QV. Less than £100k new from memory. A current hypercar like the Valkerie costs - in todays money - approx 25x what the Countach would have set you back. In the same timeframe, average salaries have increased by appro...

Old lab has recovered from whatever malady occured above, reverting back to her previous "marginal" status for lasting a full night without needing to go out for a pee. Bless her. So maybe 3 nights a week she will bark to wake you up around 05:00 to let her out. Not what you'd choose - and...

Re: Your fleet running reports

Stop/start never worked in my son's 2013 Civic since he picked it up - realised it was a crappy generic-brand non-AGR battery installed. Got a new (correct) one and after a couple of days it started working properly. The stop/start never worked in my last Clubman. I deliberately didn't fix it, I fi...

Re: It’s time for another forum cycle/vehicle disagreement

He had a whole bus lane to himself. He saw the bus approaching in his mirror so decided to drift towards it! 100% that. Mr J.Vile is on an anti-anything-but-bikes crusade though It’s a shame as there are many examples of actual bad driving where the vehicle pilots need to be properly addressed - th...
