Re: Mortgages

I’d say a best rate mortgage without any early repayment charge would be my choice. 2/5 years doesn’t really matter then

Yeah, think it lives in Wentworth. I’ve seen it on several cars in rapid succession.. 🤨

Saw 797 on a new FFRR.

Re: Gavster's Mince Pie Ranking 2021 (now inc NEW 2022 updates)

Asda price per pie is incorrect. I’d just catagorise them into cheap, middle and expensive to keep it simple for your audience.

And sort them alphabetically you heathen! 😁

Re: Twitter

Interesting interview with Elon showed up on social media. No idea when it was filmed but talks about having bought Twitter what his plans are. He talks a lot about WeChat and how the Chinese use it for everything eg to pay for things, chat (obvs), work.. a single coms company controlling all that d...

I sat in an Emira at Royal Artillery Company that had come directly from Goodwood FoS. Plus the other two cars/prototypes. Really wanted to like it, liked the looks, the cabin - much nicer place than I expected, plus it got the gf seal of approval but I wasn’t impressed with the panel fit and espec...

Re: EV Thread

Yeah, there’s a lot of talk about this sort of thing. Basically, car manufacturers will create more standardised cars with a lot of items fitted and will then activate the ones you pay for. Simplifies the manufacturing process plus is a sub format going forward so more cash. Should make car purchase...

Re: New car itch

two rear brake callipers = proper sports car, right? It's got a Ferrari engine chopped in half. What's not to like. needs to be a better colour, but they are cool. I always wonder about buying the best spec but worst colour model available (so it’s cheaper than a popular colour) and then getting it...

I’ve seen a handful and always applaud the driver for being brave enough to not buy a German equivalent.. but think they needed a fully hot version to make any mark and it’s probably too late these days to have a non-hybrid max power version.
