Re: Your fleet running reports

Been off work, had a free day so decided to pop into Caffine and Machine. Obviously quiet given it's a weekday, but well worth a visit - will definately look at going next summer during a peak time. Blue Cayman GTS looked (and sounded) great. http://gallery.ov9.co.uk/images/2021/11/25/cafandmac.jpg...

Easy. It looks like it would slice through the regs.

Re: Your fleet running reports

Broccers, you've managed to completely Barry that quote. But £971 does seem high? Paul's either a maniac or lives in the ghetto...I've not paid more than £600 on anything since I was 25! I’m fairly sensible and live in a reasonably pleasant area. The car is always garaged too. It’s a Porsche specia...

Re: Your fleet running reports

My car has cost me approx. £2k today and there's nothing wrong with it! It's just the pesky paperwork of insurance, tracker monitor subs and road tax stuff. (Might have to spend a few quid at the local later to help me get over the financial body blow).

The XR people must be having some effect as I now feel slightly guilty about us driving from Derby to Chesterfield to our favourite coffee shop this morning. Still, the roads were dry and the car newly washed and sparkling... I couldn't help myself!

I think there is no 'e' at the end of Jim Clark. Maybe there had been originally, but Colin Chapman made him remove it for added lightness! Then again, I do sit in an area of our local pub called bullshit corner...

Re: Your fleet running reports

Took my car in to the dealers for a 'deep reset' of the tracker monitor system today (a 102 mile round trip at a time when petrol is hard to find). Initially they told me it would take 4 hours, which they revised to 7 hours yesterday. Left it with them to be contacted 3 hours later with the news tha...

They're not that small. Fernandez is 5'6" and Raducanu 5'9" ish. That's another reason Raducanu is predicted to eclipse Andy Murray's tennis fortune. She has model height and looks and her photo won't just be gracing the sports pages. Manufacturers, retailers and designers will all want t...

Luckily we didn't get a pic ( mainly as I was vomiting at the sight 😉) But a pearlescent candy floss pink Evoque on the A34 near Handforth, complete with dodgy spaced number plate. Looked horrific but I thought at least it's not the convertible. Totally agree about the Evoque convertibles. Shortly ...
