Re: EV Thread

Don't they have a large number of vehicles with coolant leaking into the drivetrain and Mercedes current view is to keep topping it up?

Re: Tedious but traditional New Car thread

Yes and Birds are probably better known for a reasonably priced Bilstein set up. Someone on here has a Birds car. https://www.evo.co.uk/bmw/m140i/202709/birds-bmw-m140i-review-british-tuner-tweaks-bmws-rear-drive-hot-hatch My M140i didn't have a the bolt on x brace underneath which Beanys may have a...

Re: EV Thread

Aero and tyres are an easy gain but joe bloggs wants an electric X5 with 295 width tyres. There needs to be a reset of what people want aesthetically to make EV's work. The Model Y and the new Polestar 4 seem to be progress by giving people lofty driving position, airy cabin but in a suv coupe type ...

Re: Lexus image in the UK

The performance versions are always highly regarded by journalists and amongst car guys but you're never going to be the coolest guy on the estate. But those who know, know and i like that 8-) I'm sure the Lexus experience is the next step up but the way my daughter has been looked after buying an 8...

Dupont is clearly a massive player for them.

It will be interesting to see how the tournament progresses without him.

Just recording data at the moment I believe. The current tech is in a pod on back between shoulder blades which is obviously not ideal for recording head or whiplash type injuries.

I'm really looking forward to it but it's not going to be a great year for Wales.

Re: Smart Thermostats

I believe we used the simpler version like this that directly replaces what you have. Not had any complaints from tenants and to be honest they don't look that bright here if you went down this route and added functionality later. You can also get one with a receiver to replace what you have and a w...

Re: Smart Thermostats

If that's a controller and thermostat shirley you can wire a smart receiver there and put a thermostat/controller wherever you want.

We've used Tado on the rentals in similar replacements.

Re: Wales 20mph limit

I'm pretty sure lots of what's was 30 until recently was NSL during the 90s. These are lightly enforced at 30 but painfully slow at 20! I've done about 200 miles this week with my learner son and we get overtaken in a 20 each day! It is intimidating to the point where on the last 2 occasions I've as...
