Re: Forum Roll Call BUT pictures rather than words

1994 rover metro GTi 16v 1.8 I covet this car so much. I'm hoping V2 will be a considerable upgrade, if I ever get round to it, and would help clear some space too 😂 I'm pretty sure V2 has been in planning since we went to Snetterton in it. That was....long ago  the Metro is silly fun though, ...

Agreed but if he can't find them, anything will do in the interim. True enough. The issue I had last time I was looking (For the Citroen, which has huge, modern flat blades) is that they didn't do them big enough. Seem the si-tech are the updated range to suit flat modern blade designs, though, so ...

Oh, she was planning on getting another cat anyway (she's always had at least one cat in her life) ; I'm just giving a helping hand so she doesn't have to worry about the fees and can instead spend it on KITTY TOYS. That's literally it - I'm not buying her a cat to appease her, it's just a way that ...

Re: Wiper blades

I'll still say PIAA super silicon are the best wipers I've had. Last for years, give the screen a hydrophobic coating, nary a squeak nor squeal, even in the depths of winter. Need to find them in larger sizes for the Mondeo. Believe they do them, just not looked hard enough as yet. Not entirely happ...

(and besides, we're both cat people and I owe her a favour or three after cocking a couple of things up)

It's easy to turn off OK Google detection. However, does that stop it targeting ads based on background voice recognition?

Nice end to the weekend - recently the better halves cat (Jimmy) went for a long walk and never came back, some six weeks ago now. Today, took the missus to a foster cat home to have a look at a lovely, chilled out one year old ex stray. So hopefully she will have fun kitty times again soon. J...

Re: What's wrong with yours?

I think the Mondeo needs the aircon regassing, and a new DMF would do it no harm but it far from needs one.

And the cd changer in the boot can be a bit flaky (they all do that sir)

Otherwise, he says, tempting fate, it's bob on.

In an interesting twist to the day, a colleague in the office was arrested today, rumour mill suggests for child sex offences.

On the flipside, he had a psycho ex, so I'm not making assumptions.

So that's odd, at best.

Re: Snack Idea

In here, one chap gets a 'protien blast' from one of our regular friday lunchtime takeaways, which is lamb chops, chicken, etc in a nice spicy coating.

He then gets chilli sauce, and a naan.

This is all combined into the greatest poor mans burrito ever seen.

And no, it's not me.
