Re: Your fleet running reports

Galaxy has suffered a major malfunction. The little plastic tab that holds the lid closed on the washer fluid filler neck broke off when I filled it up yesterday. Sticky tape bodge in place while I source a replacement.

1. It’s not silver.

2. £70k ? Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.

Proper 4x4 van. Not the shonky unreliable LR bollocks.

Ideally a Sprinter.

Movie scene & music combo

Spurred on by the two elder DJlets always commenting on the point in the Frozen soundtrack where the ship sinks, I got to thinking about what movie scenes I always see in my mind's eye when I hear the music. The number one for me is the death of sergeant Elias in Full Metal Jacket. The (fully intend...

I did think it odd, he wasn't in the chair. But 900 shows and 94 years old? I think he is allowed to miss one.

Re: Your fleet running reports

What engine? 316i sadly. Although it's actually 1895cc. AFAIK 316i & 318i were essentially the same, then the 318ti was a twin-cam. I've been keeping an eye out for a silver 318ti Sport with no sunroof and there's not many around. Easy engine swap. Or a six-pot conversion.... Aim higher, if you...

Re: Your fleet running reports

Addition to the fleet incoming, but I CBA with the usual guessing game so: it's an E36 Compact. Won accidentally on ebay this evening when the high bid got cancelled and left me holding the baby. Ooops. Anyone live near Norwich ?? Do you need another car that (I'm assuming) is inferior to every oth...

Deadpool 2 was fantastic. It was genuinely laugh out loud funny and absolutely not for children.

He is quite an interesting character. He was the surprise speaker at a corporate event I did a few weeks back and (unsurprisingly) he got the most laughs and attention. He has certainly done some things in his life, all driven by his "concepts": pay attention, you never know where opportun...

He seems to have reverted back to how he was in his first season, but without the being impressively quick at times part.
