Re: The ebay thread

To be fair at least it's only a wrap. That's no more than a days job to pull off, remove the pimp tints, remove wheels, paint callipers silver and stick some OEM wheels on. Then again you might pull off the wrap and find a mess underneath... By the way, have Autotrader removed the feature that comp...

Fido Dido sticker in the rear quarter glass and it’s a 90s marvel 😎

If you step out in a Naff Co 54 jacket and Bomber jeans people will genuinely wonder if you are from the past. 40 year old women will swoon.

Yeah the amount of doormen for shops was incredible.

The Met really are a joke from what I saw and knowing someone in it.

Re: I used to be with "it"

I don’t want to be a Yoof, it’s confusing and complicated.

Although was at a church concert on Friday night with 3 youth bands on and the ones getting up and dancing to The Jam, Bowie, The Killers etc have me hope for a brighter future!

Damn London tourists and nasties.

So at least 4 or more times a year we are off into London. Either food and drink debauchery with the wife, concert etc or a touristy day with the kids. Yesterday was a family day. So into London, straight to the natural history museum which despite not having the large mammal exhibit open, we all re...

Re: The Movie Thread

After watching Dune again on Friday I was reminded about how awful the sound is. You can barely hear them or (because I’m poor and semi detached) wake the neighbours. I am looking forward to watching Dune 2 at the cinema but really get frustrated with movies you have to strain to listen to. I get my...

I remember talking to Paul Waite years ago and he said the happiest time was when he was having a drink and cutting the lawn on his ride on 😎.

That’s a very cool purchase.

Re: The (mainly city-focussed) anti-car movement

Someone in Deeping uses a Penny Farthing in the summer, you see them go through the middle of town. More power to them, Aslong as you aren’t aggressively holding people up on purpose you should be able to ride a big wheel for all I care.

The S6 has RS6 running and running wnership costs without all the power. It’s a lovely quirky thing but never quite hit the mark imo.

The 4.0 tdi A8 though, lovely thing.

Re: 4 Paw Dog Drive Fleet running report

The days of vets all being animal lovers is definitely over. Our previous Vet wouldn’t let me pick up flea and working because of Covid, as it wasn’t essential and I had some already. When I went in for an issue with his leg which was taking a while to heal. At the same time I asked for the medicati...

Re: Royal Family

Love the royal family, they do shed loads of work considering they really don’t need to if they don’t have to. Lots of charities are given extra cash because of their involvement, they host lots of functions in the summer at the palace in aid of various things and support people in need. Yes they ha...

I don’t think it would work aswell as a 2+2 as I see the normal Rapide as but I don’t care, I even like the extra huge grill.

Last Breath - a true story about a saturation dive that went wrong.

Incredible example of how awesome the human body is and how weird people are. I watched it a few years ago but re-watching was just as good.
