Re: New Daddy - FFRR
Yeah Mercedes have the ridiculously bright front bar lights and it’s obviously non directional so blinds more than the normal lights .
I like the rear one on Porsches though.
Also, on LR products, the reverse lights are well hidden and incredibly bright.. I like them being invisible until used

Re: Your fleet running reports
Had to come up to Manchester for a flight and timings were out for company offered travel options, so I said I’ll drive. I left at 1830 and around 200 miles later, just before 2200, I arrived. Obviously wasn’t going too quickly even though traffic was very light all the way (in fact I cruise control...

Re: Video door bells
I’ve got a battery powered Ring at one property - great system but pita keeping on top of charging (solution is to do the same as SJ does obviously). I’ve installed two wired Ring security cameras at another that are far better and, as they have a light system, offer a better deterrent imho. However...

Re: Coronavirus
I did read that they’re looking at release from isolation after two days of negative LFTs, with a 5-7 day initial isolation period still required. This does sound quite sensible to me and will get people (who are well enough) back to work sooner

Re: Coronavirus
I've not seen the stats that show it's mainly unvaccinated in hospital? Doesn't seem to be true: https://fullfact.org/health/health-guardian-podcast-vaccinated-deaths/ the assumption that is is only the unvaccinated getting it seems to be the base for a lot of anger on here. From lower down in the ...

Re: EV Thread
It’s a pain in London.. I’ve parked many times in Grosvenor Square for £5ph including charging, but then go to King’s Rd in Chelsea and pay double that! Combine that with no notice failures, poor parking so you can’t get near charger and having to now pay cc in a phev and I’m surprised anyone is buy...

Re: Bye Bye Boris!
I think the best that could happen is Boris resigns, as finding 15% of the Conservative MPs required to challenge him would be difficult. The Shropshire by-election was won by apathy and anger by the Conservative voters plus tactical voting by Labour supporters: the Conservatives are still going to ...

Re: No F1 thread?
FIA is already blaming everyone else after investigating themselves.. 🙄 Personally, I think this stinks.. Mercedes have agreed something behind closed doors with Masi and the FIA.. cheapens any future victory for them imho. I agree that MV shouldn’t lose his championship now but Lewis deserves a lot...

I also use it in a passive aggressive manner after overtaking a middle lane hogger and then slowly moving back to the left hand lane
