Re: Bye Bye Boris!
@SD What, like cleaning the floors after school? Of course it fucking doesn't. If you flunk your exams you won't progress, exactly in the same way as for the other kids. No, I meant in terms of being tied to the insitution thereafter. I've been led to believe (previously) that's it not completely f...

Re: Bye Bye Boris!
Businesses which reduce your need for state spending and employ lots of people, yes. It's exactly the same as private healthcare - also exempt from VAT - though I'm sure of course that would probably go in the long run too in our new socialist nirvana. I'd rather the teachers work in the public sec...

Re: Bye Bye Boris!
Mate at work (earns a lot less than 80k) sends his daughter to private school because the state schools in his area, in his view, are shit. You never really know whether it's truth of course, and in actual fact my sister-in-law works at one of the schools in question and tries to run a good ship but...

Re: Bye Bye Boris!
Thanks, and thanks for confirming what I'd suspected. Essentially, yes, the debt is higher under the Conservatives, but in each case that's only because each Labour administration runs up a large deficit that the Conservatives then have to reduce again. I've seen McDonald and Corbyn make the same c...

Re: Bye Bye Boris!
So you'll vote for someone that's worse? I don't understand the logic at all of not liking the incumbent or a policy that they're for, but then voting for someone that is worse in every other measurable way. I simply see it as the lesser of two evils. Understand this - I don't like Corbyn. Matter o...

Sure, let's have a look at the data used to make your claim please? And secondly, if you take both manifestos at their word, then by Labours own volition they're gonna increase borrowing massively to pay for their 'free everything' plan. Knock yourself out: http://www.primeeconomics.org/articles/co...

Anybody got this? Wife is getting me it on Steam for Christmas - just hope it runs ok on Steam (provided it does launch in December) given the evident problems it had at overall launch. Seem fixed now but does anybody have any actual experience of these probs?

Re: Tesla Cyberpuke
Fucking ridiculous. But it’s getting talked about, which is all Elon probably wants. I don’t get the Tesla love at all. They look dull, their interiors are thin, cold and devoid of any kind of atmosphere. Then they unveil something like this, which looks to take the piss out of those who rave about ...

XS Max here, only ever charge it when it's at 1% or dead, and at 13 months old battery health is 100%. Seems to still easily go 2 days with a bit of music use, a little surfing, the odd call, texts and plenty of Facebook/Facebook Messenger across those 48 hours.
