Re: Your fleet running reports

Looks like the 6 is ready for collection tomorrow. It merely needed a new pair of £10 gaskets to stem it’s rather large oil leak. Unfortunately said gaskets were the upper timing chain ones so quite a bit of labour. Had a bunch of other brittle hoses and sensors and gaskets replaced whilst pulled t...

Re: Your fleet running reports

Up!date - really tempted to get a remap. My bi-monthy run up the A458 suggest a bit more 'oomph' over 50mph is needed. Celtic do a remap upto 150bhp and 200lb/ft, which is +36bhp and +50lb/ft, which is significant in a <1ton car. In more interesting news, I've a gentlemans agreement for a new stabl...

Re: Harry’s Garage

One shit thing is that the Model S courtesy car he had recently wasn’t that old - 5 years. However much like an old phone it had slowed down to the point where it just couldn’t handle the latest firmware. It took minutes for it to calculate a 100 mile route and every thing you touched took a few se...

Criminal lack of use of most of those, but clearly they're going to get a good return on their investment.

Chris Harris describing 911 Turbos as 'smokers' always gets my goat. I think he moves in different circles to me

Can't believe the guy has to take a defensive stance for doing up a V12 Jag, on a car forum of all places!
