Re: MMR Vaccination
Did you never have measles or mumps when you were a kid, or the separate vaccines? I never had MMR but either had the infections or separate jabs.

Re: Your fleet running reports
Love that Chris :D Wife came home on Fri last week complaining of an exhaust rattle on the 125i. She'd had to take evasive action on a country lane and run through a pothole at the road edge, and it started after that. I suspected tail trim had come loose and would need tacking. However, just been t...

Re: Letting people out
Worse than that is when some courteous driver stops to let someone out and the waiting driver isn't expecting it, so it takes a while for them to get going, and when they do, the courteous driver has already decided they're not going to go, so they both move at the same time, then they both brake a...

File under the same category of cuntery that has people attempt - note, ATTEMPT - to serve me drinks in A FUCKING JAR. Whilst not quite as bad, I bloody hate novelty pint pots - Peroni, San Miguel, Starorammen (sp) all have their own glasses. I ALWAYS ask for it in a "Normal Pint Glass".....

Samsung's bloatware is fvcking irritating. I noticed recently a crackling when streaming BT audio to the car - like listening to vinyl. Quick Google suggests its a Samsung issue with their EQ and also Voice Recorder. Can't get rid of the voice recorder as its bloatware. Can't even disable the tw4tti...

Are they they only ones caught up by this? From what I read they are. Which would only emphasise this is a fvcking massive balls up by Porsche if so.

Re: Primary school shenanigans
A fee paying school can't expel you. They certainy can. Their contract will allow them to do so. Ours had its fair share of interesting individuals that were on the receiving end of an expulsion Same at my school, but they won't have been expelled, they are 'asked to leave'. Told to FRO I think in ...

We're on exactly the same page - Richard Dawkins is a fucking cunt. Just as bad, if not worse, than the sky-fairy brigade. Hallelujah and a-fvcking-men. And any other religiously associated words you can use to describe my agreement with your description of that bell. Some of you are treading a fai...

You might be waiting a while! I tend to have periods of devouring anything I can lay my reading eyes on, but at the moment I'm firmly in an off period. I'm off to Cornwall for a week soon, so that might be when I make time to get back into the saddle. Or I may just end up getting p1ssed with my dad,...

Re: Book review thread
Just realised I did read a book last year, after consuming 1Q84. It was The Bone Clocks by David Mitchell. He's one of my favourite writers - I started with The 1000 Autmns of Jacob de Zoet, and then Cloud Atlas, before working my way through his back catalogue. Bone Clocks is classic Mitchell - mul...
Re: Booyaa!
Heh - we’ll see. :) Simon: the T8 is really pretty cool. I’ve had it 15 months and the first three months challenged even my capacity for white-hot vitriol: the software was FULL of bugs and problems, and I came close to rejecting it and sending it back. But. Having sorted the software with a compl...

I haven't read anything since finishing the 1Q84 trilogy by Murakami well over a year ago. It seemed to take it out of me and I just haven't got back into reading at all. I started on Norwegian Wood (fnar) but despite finding it interesting I haven't got far.

What you need is a bowl left outside to fill up whenever it rains, and develop into its own ecosystem. They love that. Must be tasty or summat.

Just this morning got the 330i back. Top service as always from Darren Wood in Stockport. They didn't have a booking until the 19th but said to get it recovered there and they'd fit it in when they could if they had cancellations. Labour cost only £120 8-) Have been tooling about in the 125i for 2 w...

Re: 60-100 times
I never have done one for the 330. I think I was too scared the whine from the rear was the diff, but it turned out to be the bearings.
Unfortunately my private airfield is currently shut for the foreseeable The 125i would be interesting to try.
