They're not banned for OEM, but they are getting a bit more complex to homologate, you have to account for the speed, rpm, acceleration etc.

you have to be careful especially when using paypal for collection only items as you have no proof of delivery that ebay will accept even if you film them collecting it I sold my 60" plasma TV a couple of years ago for £800. Buyer was polish and started mumbling that they had no car and a mate ...
