Try and get a drive in a tour chassis car - as I think that will be better suited to what you are looking for (?). The car I drove had the Sport chassis and whilst it still had suppleness it was significantly more jiggly than my Evora.

Past Lives
Korean, subtitles. Simple love story. But not.
Some beautifully awkward scenes, dripping in warmth and stifled emotion.
Thoroughly enjoyed it. 8.5 12-year gaps out of 10 for me.

Re: Test drive report
Interesting write up. You going to try an Emira or is that too far down your list of potentials? Spoke to a couple of owners at the car meet I went to the other weekend who’d come along in their Emiras. They still own Elise & Exige respectively, but both wanted something that would suit longer r...

Re: Addictive Word/Puzzle Games
My youngest alerted me to the fact that you can now play a daily game along the lines of “Just Connect”. Americanised, so at times it’s crap as it’s linked to Baseball team names or some crap, but otherwise pretty cool. Just hit PLAY - no need to make an account. https://www.nytimes.com/games/connec...

Jobbo Not sure what you went for in the end, but my Invopac delivery just arrived. The weld down the middle could have been ground back a little more evenly, but it’s definitely solidly made, handle feels strong, and the lid & nozzle both fit snugly. Happy with that. https://i.imgur.com/mxgQGnd...

Re: Bright light, bright light!
I wonder if there is an actual technical solution? You could argue that the tech has existed for decades in the form of polarising filters. Add to windscreens at one angle, and headlights at another angle so that the driver can see what ahead of them, but light/glare from the lights of cars coming ...

Re: Gordon Murray T50 Live Launch
Whilst I am aligned with the closing statement, I am not sure the original point is massively relevant when you are selling a product at the price the T50 goes for.

Re: Bright light, bright light!
WTF are they actually going to do other than spend a chunk of money they dont have I suspect they will use it to create a priority list for deployment of the Bottom Inspectors. And now you've admitted on a public forum that you have LED lights..... you'll be at the front of the queue. https...

Re: Today’s want
I like the wheels - they are so loosely copies of Fuchs that I don’t feel they are trying too hard to emulate them.

Re: Harry’s Garage
Having driven all of them obviously, I can conclusively say the point of all these restomod 911s is that they do modern and old all in one no? I do not contest this claim, and I can see definite merits. I’m just not sure that (for me) those merits outweigh the opportunity to own a current capable v...

Re: Harry’s Garage
Just watched the Theon clip and love how Harry's gushing over it. And I prefer the way it sounds to the standard Singers too. But... Part of me loves the idea of older 911’s that are brought up to date, and part of me doesn’t. Same goes for other brands, but whilst I would love an MST Escort, and I...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7X2PuE6ELmg Whilst unlikely to pique the interest of the Lock Picking Lawyer, I’m pretty lucky to find myself with an 18” tool - for which I can thank my late father. It remains un-named, but I do have an Extra 18-incher - I’m able to apply one to each end of the tar...
