I hate that this has opened some eyes to NHS bureaucracy but it happens all the time. Decisions are made to meet targets or save money and patients bear the brunt of it.

I hope it shines a light on the baffling legal system we have in the UK whereby hospital managers can make decisions that cost patients their lives but have absolutely no culpability for it.

I was cruising at 130 today and lots of cars (mostly German manufacturers) came past at delta 30+.. not sure I’ve seen any traffic police or cameras either Right! Need to find my own...

If I drove into a narrow piece of road I would probably assume the oncoming driver is a moron who couldn't be trusted to lose me a wing mirror / oaf who will stop halfway though owing to a loss of confidence.
