Re: Your fleet running reports
I've put a Halfords solar panel on the Civic, hopefully enough to trickle the battery until I can use the car properly again.

I've had the Jan 31st email too.
I've got the '89 Batmobile, the wing is tempting but it's a huge model, you'll need big shelves

Re: Lego
Placed an order from Lego online on 2nd January and it's still not left the warehouse despite the sets being in stock #brexit  Same here, I have an order from Jan 1st that's still in warehouse, and one "in transit" which has been at customs for a week now. Edit: Transit order...

Parks n Rec is one of those shows that you can watch any episode and its entertaining. I've been rewatching US Office and Brooklyn Nine Nine for similar reasons. Nice escapism from the outside world.

Re: Lego
It seems Brexit has caught up with Lego, my delivery has been stuck at customs for four odd days now. The second order hasn't even left their warehouse yet, over a week later.

Re: Lego
The Defender is possibly a bit much for a 5yo to manage alone yeah, but no harm in including them in the process if you can. I did a book//bag each night I think, to spread the "fun" out a little. I bought the Lambo over Xmas, so now I feel obliged to wait for the Bugatti to go on sale aga...

I CBA even reading that, but it sounds ghastly. I enjoyed the early EVO meets, cos we had the full spectrum of vehicles, all used to their fullest (some more than that ).

I saw a postie locally with shorts on last week too, but I must admit if I'm walking a lot I'd prefer to wear shorts, and you don't really feel the cold until you stop. I tend to live in shorts most of the year, long pants just restrict movement

Re: Lego
I wonder if Lego make more money from kids or from middle aged men reliving their youth... They've clearly made a decision to tap into the adult market over recent years, adding age rated sets and big expensive collector sets. The lockdowns have triggered my increased purchases, it gives me somethi...

It's very much WIP obviously, slowly removing old furniture while I build up the new stuff., Got another tall Billy Bookcase to go in on the nearside left, and I'll get an IKEA table to replace that old mahogany until on the right. Just to clarify in case people forgot, I'm 47yrs old. http://...

Re: Lego
In a scary algorithm way, YouTube has been pushing vids for "fixing" the stance on Lego vehicles lately, so it seems others agree with you too. In unrelated news, I appear to have lost my mind and ordered even more Lego, Privet drive (cheap on Amazon) then some old road plates (as the new ...

It wasn't that quick, but you get it no quibble, no questions asked. Just fill in the form on the website and they’ll send it out. What are you missing? Not really sure how to describe it but unlike Barry, I can't move on without it. If you can be bothered, Brickset is useful for getting part IDs a...

Ordered the Police Station this morning, to catch the gift car. Having to pay full whack is a little salty but I am getting quite into these big Creator Expert buildings..
