Re: Bloody Landlords

That’s really bloody annoying mate. Sounds properly two faced of them. Hope you can find somewhere just as nice, or maybe even better. We’d be practically neighbours, forum wise, if you moved there. Eerily close geographically! Maybe the landlord was a carnivore diet advocate and saw you trash talki...

Re: FTAO historians

It occurred to me at the weekend - whilst tucking into a most scrumptious curry - that at some point in history, when kings had people to taste their food & shizzle - they must have been served something spicy and mistook it as a poison? Did this ever happen? :? They forget to tell the king abo...

Re: West Suffolk meet? Poll now added

Both cars are fine  I had then in storage for just under 3 years, while I didn't have a garage to keep them in. With life being busy, I didn't get to drive them while they were in storage either. I got the 968 back in June and the M3 in August, but things were still too busy and inconvenient to...

Can't make any of them dates 😂

I'm not even sure if my cars will be on the road until the middle of the year.

Should be about in late March, early April if you want to meet up for a coffee, Gav?

Got a link? A couple are missing on Mrs Mik's e-tron too. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/324425025591 - they are also available in gloss, grey etc on different listings. And I haven't received them yet; they're obviously not from Audi so may be utter rubbish. But at least I won't have to look at one sh...

I've got quite a bit of travel coming up over the next 6-7 months, but if a meet gets organised, I'll try my best to make it!

Re: £10k buy vs ~£300 pcm lease

Perhaps one thing that's worth looking into if you're looking to moving to rural Suffolk is check that the broadband is half decent where you're looking at. If it's a relatively remote village not near a small town, it still might be a number of years until fibre to the premise arrives. If you're lu...

Re: New “car” thread - Phase 1

Just spent a while ordering tyres for my new wheels, which isn’t as straightforward as it is with normal cars. Obviously load rating is an important factor with vans, so i had to check: - the width of the wheels, - my vin plate for the axle weights to find the right load rating. - then what tyres a...

Looks great Mike, good to see you're enjoying the car as it should be! Kind of reminds me of the time when I was passing through Austria (Back when I used to use my cars) and it started progressively snowing more as I went up the pass. https://i.imgur.com/aarb4lM.jpeg https://i.imgur.com/wJuWOnQ.jpe...

Unfortunately, this isn't an Audi A3 Cabriolet forum.

Maybe Matty runs a forum for A3 Cab's, and has accidentally referred you here?

This forum is for ihsibustim ov9 owners.

Car manufacturers still haven't come up with a pleasing way of integrating these huge displays into the dash/center console, have they? The one in that Maser is awful!

End of the line for ///M cars for you then Rich? IIRC over the years you've owned an E30 325i Sport, E46 M3, E92 M3 and this M2...can't remember if you had an E36 M3 in the past though? The M2 you had is probably the last M car that I find desirable. ....but the 6 did answer its biggest failing - th...

Anti cyclonic gloom apparently.
De-Barried your link for you ;)

This year does seem particularly bad for constant cloud cover here in Suffolk. Feels like I haven't seen the sun in ages.
