You just need to keep reminding him to take a leak in the toilet bowl dude. :geek:

Hmmm. Not sure on the styling, but later this year Ferrari fans are expecting the release of the Eeesamanueligearboxio, and then in 2025 the eagerly awaited Discobreakiesateachacornero.

Re: Which hoover?

Following the impressively middle-aged excitement expressed by a relative recently around the convenience offered by their new robot hoover, we picked up a TP-link (Tapo) RV30 Plus a week or so back. Quick updates. 1. I discovered that if you ask it in advance to do a double-run around a room, it &...

Re: Your fleet running reports

Sounds like splitting hairs over a couple of mpg but at this level it’s a big %. When we rented an E-type I drove there in the VXR8, which averaged about 18mpg with my use. The E-type was running rich, and did 11mpg. The difference in consumption felt huge even though many used to higher mpg would ...

It'll likely depend on whether the buckshot is in the front of them or the back of them.... Which is really shit, as it could indeed mean that the fucker is running and the immediate threat has passed, but it could also mean that the fucker slipped or turned to grab a weapon or any other reason tha...

Re: V8 Vantage hire experience

I followed this guys thread on PH for a while. https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&f=47&t=2010189 The spacers and slightly lowered ride height make for subtle but really nice improvement to the overall look. Those seats as well 8-) That's pretty much exactly what I did with ou...

Met a couple of dogs from Glasgow Greyhound Trust at a party over the weekend as one of the folks that runs that org was also there….They also had a boy with them that they are fostering whilst waiting for an adopter to take over - he was friendly with everyone but took a particular shine to me and...

Yeah, Ollie Kew was a regular forumite back in the day (evo as opposed to ov9). I even sent him a couple of older mags. No idea if that is his plate though. :)

Re: Coaster/YK

A year has passed since YK left us. Just thought it worth a note here. 100% - thanks Barry. I've been quite surprised how many times that YK has popped into my thoughts over the last year when I've been out driving. Somehow this google search has been cached in my browser, and occasionally when I a...

Re: Your fleet running reports

My dad's has just come back from the dealer with a bill for £12,520.43 for a replacement front gearbox/PTU for the 4WD system - thankfully covered under warranty. They apparently are a "when" not "if" replacement, which is annoying as I was planning to buy or inherit it from him...

Interesting. You think a 355/360 would be a better option than your 996 C4S? (Not trying to be a smartarse - I recall that you liked that car but the timing was wrong for your needs?)

Re: New new new new Top Gear

I know TG is now dead, but I was listening to the latest Sniff & Smith podcast the other night (which I don't often get a chance to do) Episode 208 "Talking Cars With Pet Shop Boys". Richard/SniffP/Aquadrome noted towards the end that in his head he'd created The Stig as "Kimi Rai...

Re: Randomness

Apparently it's actually quite well implemented, reported by people who have driven them. not for me sir. Now if they could add a pretend clutch and a pretend gear lever that would pretend to baulk if I pretended to rush it too quickly, or could pretend to stall if I didn't pretend to give i...
