Re: Uber Black: Ar$e reviews of back seats
I've been using Uber Black quite a lot recently as well, most of them seemed to be Escalade's in LA and they're great. I was surprised that a Lincoln Navigator was deemed to be acceptable as a Black, but then pleasantly surprised by the seats, certainly comfier than the Escalade was. We started off ...
Re: Dangerous beers...
They do a golden ale one as well that seems to have good reviews.

Re: Your fleet running reports
I'm surprised by the plastic pillars and door panels. My Jag has alcantara/suede pillars and roof lining/sun visors and everywhere else is leather or piano black wood. Its been a while since I've been in that shape RR so I can't remember if they're all like that, but probably to make sure it's easy ...

Re: Drunk Purchases
Boourns.
If I'm honest I'm not sure still, I've been looking for a car for so long, then a move means I shouldn't really buy one, but the XF isn't suitable for it's use, we need a petrol so I need to do it really either way.
I'll change my mind again in three more beers time

a 1979 Porsche 924... I see your 1979 Porsche 924 and raise you a 1984 Porsche 924 Lux. And a Caravan. A V6 Peugeot 406 to tow the caravan  A Discovery 3. A Hot Tub. A Mane to make the Dog look like a Lion. A Didgeridoo (not signed by Rolf). I think that's the ones I got in the most trouble fo...

Re: Your fleet running reports
As far as I know it’s not broken, just high miles: 135k. But drives beautifully, is one owner from new, and has been serviced on time every year. It also has the correct OEM Pirelli tyres all round with loads of tread. Seems like a car that’s been looked after. It’s being delivered tomorrow with an...

Re: The Weather Thread.
That truck was huge, but I didn't see anything get the better of it all day, there were some big power cars there but nothing could get the power down until near the end of the run.
I'm surprised no one came off the bikes, they had some big wobbles!

Re: The Weather Thread.
Glorious weather in Sheffield yesterday, 22 degrees and sunshine, finally. We were going to Bridlington for race the waves which is basically hot rods and customs drag racing along the beach. As we approached Bridlington the sun disappeared and the temperature dropped and then the fog  Had a w...

Re: Your fleet running reports
I've been at 'Race The Waves' in Bridlington all weekend and stayed at my parents, we've been down to see the various hot rods, big American pick ups, what looked a lot like a Hudson Hornet, and god knows what else drag racing down the beach all weekend, well, mainly today, as yesterday was so foggy...

Re: 2023 Events - what's worthwhile?
Race The Waves in Bridlington this weekend, never been before but appears to be random old stuff and hot rods drag racing down the beach.
I'd say I'll update with pictures but there's no chance I can ever do that!

We have a local roaster in Baildon called Casa Espresso and their Volcano beans are absolutely amazing, in fact all their coffee is.
