Yeah I'd imagine the Eco ones might make a difference, but having said that, my Kuga PHEV came on Conti Eco Contact and is now on Premium Contacts and that's made no difference either, other than it actually has some wet grip now

I'd just get the train Saturday morning, have a night out, cheap hotel, then pick car up Sunday and drive back.
