Re: Swollen Nuts

I know JL wanted me to start a new thread on each update on this but I like to go wild and rebel at least once every 12 months. Got the nuts replaced, got the top mount off but the bottom bolt holding the bottom of the shocker is immovable. I don't think a hairdryer on high will cut it on the drive ...

When we have Bagels they are toasted.

Best snackage was when I worked in Docklands, a wee oriental guy called Tony had a knackered red van and he had the most amazing rolls. Cheese and Onion omelette in one of those rolls....... :D

This one is the culmination of many films, some of which dragged out.

As a result this is pretty much non stop action. I couldn't believe how quickly it went by.

Yes, although it might be a bit confusing given the huge cast.

Re: The idle dreaming “what next” thread.

I wanted to get a sharknose 9-5 estate which I bought a week or so ago. I would like a C70 T5 either original coupe or later folding hard top but given it would likely be for my wife as a daily I am in no rush. I would like a 900 Turbo, a 99 Turbo and a 9000 Aero but I would not a small barn. I used...

Well I enjoyed that. Am I right in thinking Captain Marvel will be coming in the next Avengers film? GIven we "know" there will be a Spiderman 2 among others, what order are we expecting?

Swollen Nuts

with work and weather I had a crack at the nuts on the Volvo, 4 were from a Nissan so the wrong size and the rest were chrome plated so swollen and I cannot get a brace or a bit on, even with a hammer. 20 new blts ordered on eBay and I guess get a mobile fitter to take the old nuts off before I can ...

Twingos are also plasticky as are Pumas. The Puma we had years back was a brilliant car but how many are around still in decent nick ...

Re: Button to race at Le Mans 2018

Petrov?! That car won’t finish the race with him behind the wheel! Who do you think Petrov is? He wasn't a crash hazard, he kept Alonso behind him for most of a race to deny him the 2010 WDC with consistent mistake free lappery, exactly the sort of thing that one would want in an endurance event.
