Re: Menopause is now a disability (UK)
For people not familiar with the local area, Dymchurch is an interesting place for all the wrong reasons. It's like the Costa Del Sol for those who have no permanent address. Nothing there surprises me.

Re: Mountain Biking general thread
isn’t the correct technique to get naked, sit on a bit of cardboard, then measure the gap between the 2 indentations from your ass bones. Then you can order a seat which snugly fits your gooch.

Re: Puzzle
Apply this to politics and you can see where it all goes wrong. I suppose the cabinet ministers all have their advisors who are hopefully experts in their field but then the actual ministers who have the last say get swapped around all too often into different positions and then stupid things start ...

EE do a 12 month data SIM with a lot more data for twice the price: https://store.ee.co.uk/products/ee-payg-sim-card-preloaded-with-120gb-of-data-300024942-GGGQ.html I don't think EE support 3G anymore although Sundayjumper may be fortunate as JLR started fitting 4G antennas to their cars at some p...

Re: Motorway Mile Munchers
Apparently it only uses 1gb per month. You may not need a sim. Put your phone into hotspot mode and go into the car WiFi settings and see if it connects. The Jaguar couldn’t find it  Apparently needs a dealer software update. So if the above doesn’t work then sim time. Your car may also be onl...

Re: Drunk Purchases
Must admit, I've used booze to Put My Big Boy Pants On and make big purchases, but those were purchases that I'd already decided to make and was just fear't of pulling the trigger on them. I don't think I've ever accidentally drunk-purchased anything in my life. Clearly I'm missing out on the surpr...

Re: It’s time for another forum cycle/vehicle disagreement
Perhaps a new element should be added to the driving test - being able to accurately gauge 1.5 metre from the centre of a bicycle to a car’s door handle (or is it the tip of the wing mirror?) to within 1cm.
Frankly fucking laughable really.

Re: Your fleet running reports
Well, to be honest it would be nice to see solar all over supermarket / factory / warehouse roofs which is just dead wasted space instead of covering fields with it, but obviously there are logistic and structural issues with that which probably make it many times more expensive to install and main...

Yes he’s very fond of it already and still surprised at how efficient it is. Drinks less than the 120d and 320d courtesy cars he’s had despite its size.

Put some time into this today, stuck a pre paid 12 month SIM card in and this lets the car connect online so you get satellite imagery in maps, speed cameras, traffic, iPhone remote connectivity and opens up a whole new section in the infotainment with a web browser and flight tracker. Doug Demoro w...

I remember Facom sometimes having a stand at goodwood, seemed like a professional choice. I only remember because I wanted a torque wrench but Wera and Facom stands there were about 30% more than the same tool bought online - I thought the point of trade shows was that they’re cheaper

Same, I can’t tell if Arcan is a shit brand of if it’s a case of they all wear out eventually. Went to Costco last week to buy the Hilka Jack but they didn’t have it in store.
