I think it’s that lack of compliance. You can see it seesaw onto its sills when a front wheel doesn’t have the travel to stop the whole front end dropping into a hole.

You only have yourself to blame when the electrics fail the first time it rains

I think any LR on coil springs would’ve managed better. The jacked up air suspension has zero compliance so it’s like trying to off road on a skateboard.

They do seem to have shot themselves in the foot a bit with the engine tbh.

In every other way it appears to be a better proposition than a Defender or Grenadier.

Would still have one over its rivals but it’s not the complete package it could’ve been.

Quentin Wilson looks like someone dressed Gollum up for a trip to the Ivy but this is an excellent use case for ev power imo.
