Yeah Jaguar IRS was a fairly common swap in UK hot rods but it takes up a lot more space than a straight axle and leaf springs. Should drive pretty well though.

I’d bet the bed doesn’t have a floor. They would’ve cut it out to fab the rear end, then covered it and called it done because they got lazy

+1 I used to be lax about wearing my helmet around town but a bad crash last year would’ve meant at least brain damage if I hadn’t been wearing it.

Yeah that Hipster concept is cool. Dacia is doing quite interesting things with cheap EVs imo. I’ve seen more of those little Spring things than I might’ve expected considering the range.

Also consider that if you’re on a decent salary you’ll have a decent pension etc. a lot of people working low paid jobs will work til they die.
