Re: Project Binky

It's pretty distasteful really. As soon as it became apparent that they were going to struggle to put out more content they should have been cutting their Patreons. I'm not sure what options are available to those running on Patreon, whether they can set subs costs to zero so they can keep their ac...

Re: EV Thread

Did she see MKBHD's Fisker Ocean review? Pretty scathing by all accounts.

Re: Royal Family

When was that though? Apparently BBC studios recorded the video message on Wednesday. Assuming that takes a day or two to organise, it could've been that it was planned anyway to now that she'll likely be out of action for longer than the original 'Easter return' timetable.

Re: First Cars - Insurance

Yeah, what Rich said.

When 'Fronting' was last a thing, I remember stories of Ins Co investigators even asking neighbours etc about who normally drives a car. Plus it's obvious if Mum or Dad has their own car and is insured as primary on a shitbox.

Re: Full Fibre

I've still only got FTTC here and get about 60/20. It's pathetic. And according to the openreach planner they don't plan on even getting FTTP here until the end of '26, by which time our new build estate next door will have had it for 17 years (from build). Really really shit. Openreach need a rocke...

It's Ireland - do the same rules apply there?

Re: Royal Family

Because, 'private family' as they are, she's producing photos of historical record. Was the Queen ever really with all her Grandchildren 2 summers ago? It looks like Louis has been added in afterwards, for example.

Re: Your fleet running reports

So I was warned (via t'internet) to watch out for any electrical gremlins appearing after the security update had been done. I didn't note there there was anything but yesterday I realised the global close function seems to have stopped (i.e. close all windows by holding the lock button on the key)...

Re: Euromillions immediate purchase

Wife has been going on about an outdoor kitchen for ages. All my in-laws have one. My cousin-in-law has the one the width of her plot, and between it and the main house is a huge open pool. They do _all_ of their eating out there, but then again 'Brazil', so different climate.

Re: Euromillions immediate purchase

Dalkey and Killiney are lovely suburbs of Dublin. Easy access to Dublin on the Dart, Killiney Beach is lovely for swimming (despite being shingle), 10 miles from the Mountains etc. loads of schools, pubs, restaurants etc Millionaire’s playground - Bono lives there, so does Eddie Jordan and Eddie Jo...

It'll be a pNAT issue. You need to port forward the VOIP UDP (5060) port to your phone for it to work

Re: First Cars - Insurance

Try a Citroen C1, Skoda Citigo or Seat Mii. Tried the Mii and that came in at 2.8k as well. I started messing with other potential variables, excess, cover level (TPF&T always used to be about 50% cheaper and I figured maybe a £500 snotter for a year on TPF&T cover might be a good idea) dri...

Re: New E53 AMG

I think I read on Boatshoes that its 350kg heavier than its predecessor and as a result of it has slower acceleration. But at least it's not a 4 banger. Have yet to see the now not so new C63! I've seen a not-so-new C63, but it was at the Merc dealership parking lot back in January. I guess that do...

lol, how on earth do you know that?! Its April to August thankfully! I've had clients say their demolition has been delayed for a year due to missing the bat survey window - it sticks in the mind  Have found other advice that says Phase 2 surveys must be between May-September and there must be...

New E53 AMG

No, not for me, yet. My love for the E53 is well documented, but the that was a previous gen. Now they've launched the new one. It's basically a straight 6 (again) but this time mated to the C/S E-performance electric setup bolted on (rather than the previous clever electric turbo whatsit) - which i...

^^ I use this stuff - it's ace.

Just remember to wash with something else after to get this off. (Something like stick stuff remover remover).
