Crikey that is young. Didn't even know he was 62 TBH. Quite a character really and he made his shows his own. RIP.

Also, where in the TOS does it say, “we listen to background chat”?

Also, from the Rachel Dawes page on Wikipedia "Katie Holmes was to reprise as Rachel in The Dark Knight; she turned it down and starred in Mad Money instead."

Re: The Movie Thread

Wasn't Katie Holmes otherwise unavailable for TDK? Or maybe she didn't want to do it. I'm sure Nolan would've kept continuity with the actress if he could.

Re: People that are full of shit

On schools and bullshiters, my brother's next door neighbour run a C350e, a 340r and an ML of some description. They pled 'poverty' and got one of their parents to pay for their child's private schooling. A few weeks later they bought an F430 Spider. They have to hide it in the garage every time the...

Could not disagree more. Have you watched the video above? Have you seen what Zimmer and Nolan have said about that process?

Re: The Movie Thread

^^ Which his the shorter edit of the video I posted above ;)

But we're splitting hairs here. Nolan is FG, Zimmer is FG. It's just that the Interstellar soundtrack is more FG than the Inception one.

Re: The Movie Thread

Interstellar is definitely worth a rewatch. I've seen it 4, maybe 5 times now. But also because I think the soundtrack really is one of Zimmer's absolute best. And yes Zed, rewatch TBS when sober and report back! Not compared to Inception. But then nothing compares to Inception in my closed-off lit...

Re: The Movie Thread

Current there, Zed. I quite liked it. Good book too. It was on Netflix and I remembered people saying good things about it. I normally like a wall street movie but this one got my socialist hackles up . Focusing on one set of greedy bankers as some sort of heroes over another set of greedy ban...

Yeah, or more particularly Android. I think it was my brother who said it's in the Android ToS. But scary though, and also a waste of data and battery.
