Re: Teh Spotted Thread
C8 Vette - I keep forgetting these were sold here in RHD. I’ve always seen them on their own and whilst not the prettiest car they look alright. Then I saw this parked next to a row of Ferraris and its a bit rubbish  https://i.postimg.cc/nZ5hcHrZ/IMG-0470.avif?dl=1 Can’t place my finger on it ...

Re: Oliver Reed (25 year anniversary)
I was a student when he died. A few of us resolved to get ratarsed that night in his honour. A mates brother was a builder and turned up at Reed’s house early one morning to do some work, somewhere near Windsor, Bray etc. He was met with the man himself having an umbrella sword fight with his butler...

Re: Tony Martin Pt2
I guess it depends on how the authorities view his intention. Pissed off and wanting revenge for the earlier break-in or terrified that he’s got intruders and doesn’t know their intentions. There could also be a back story… Anyway, I don’t think you should break into someone’s house expecting an eas...

It'll likely depend on whether the buckshot is in the front of them or the back of them.... Which is really shit, as it could indeed mean that the fucker is running and the immediate threat has passed, but it could also mean that the fucker slipped or turned to grab a weapon or any other reason tha...

Re: Woman
What a shitter. Over WhatsApp is a bit out of order too, depending on the longevity. I’d echo much of the above advice: new car, hit the dating apps and go bang some strange. I used Bumble over Tinder but they’re much the same. No nightmare stories from my time (heard plenty), go knock yourself out ...
Re: EV Thread
I had a look at a couple the same in Jan and they were low 20s with sensible mileage.

Re: Test drive report
This is good news, we need an Emira on the forum.
I’m a Lotus fan but I’ve never got on with the looks of the Evora. If I have space in the future for another car, an Emira is top of the list.

La Chouffe for me if I’m drinking at home, which isn’t often. I’m finding it tastes different to the stuff on the continent though…
Peroni/Moretti/San Miguel if I’m out.

I walked past it earlier. You’re right, totally unsuitable garage, back to the drawing board.
Unless I go underground.

Re: Euromillions immediate purchase
I like money as much as the next man but I think I’d panic at winning £100m+ An extended holiday, immediately, would be required to have ‘a bit of a think’. Then on my return it would be coke/hookers and Zondas. On the house, this keeps coming on and off the market. It’s the correct size (not ...
