Re: Z4 Manuel
It doesn't actually need more than the 340bhp, however Im still hoping to see a twin turbo S58 engine before they start making hybrid or stop making cars like this altogether. Z4M?.. 🤤 There were spy shots of a GRMN Supra rumoured to have the S58 mated to a dct gearbox. It does seem like something ...

Re: Your fleet running reports
The tyre warning reared its ugly head on the BMW this morning due to picking up a huge nail in the middle of the tyre. It's not repairable on the run flats, but not the end of the world as they were all below 3mm and need repairing soonish.
Tempted to ditch the run flats and go for PS4S, decisions.

Re: Your fleet running reports
I understand what you mean about rarity, there are only 302 M550is and 98 100th MX5s, but on the other hand there are a million MX5s and circa 8 millions 5s. Id say it is the best spec mx5 out of Japan, having oem+ upgrades and just the right amount of na power. I will miss it but the new owner will...

Re: Harry’s Garage
That's a lot lower than the current 240i which is circa 380bhp or even the older engine found in the z4 which was 336.

Re: Harry’s Garage
Only just watched Harrys video last night, it did make me feel better about owning the old model. I drove a number of BMWs late last year while my car was in for repair and I found the new widescreen idrive 8 and lack of buttons a massive step backwards. It took a few years to get idrive right and c...

Re: Today’s want
Scaglietti's are creeping down into the 40s, possibly mid 40s by the summer if all the doom and gloom is to be believed.

Unsafe pass from the police car at the end, would be shocked if a cyclist doesn't say that in the comments
Re: Trump
Im not sure that uk isnt that difference sadly. We absolutely are very different. As said above, when we think of America we tend to think of places like California, New York etc. But a lot of America is Bumfuck Nowhere, and they are so incredibly isolated and often, as a result, very backward/behi...

It's an option Rich, the evo review mentions that the feel of the manual is improved.

Re: Toyota GR Yaris
Kinda assumed that the dash was preprod, with toyota focussing on the engineering bits. It has to be, right? Sorting out the interior, mirrors, screen seat is a big step forward but some of that could be fixed with the aftermarket. Adding more power and only having the circuit pack model is also sen...

Re: Toyota GR Yaris
Seems that there will be a new improved GRY, no longer a limited run, but Toyota will make cars with “smells and noise” for as long as they can. https://www.evo.co.uk/toyota/gr-yaris/206435/toyota-gr-yaris-gen-2-2024-review-rally-bred-hatch-turned-to-11 Interesting that they weren’t confident of sal...

Re: Car Plans 2024
Ive just realised that 2023 was the first year I didnt buy or sell a car since I passed my test. EQV300: while it's perfect for daily trips, we regularly need to travel to Oswestry, a good 150 miles round trip, which is on the upper limit of the battery range, especially in winter. So the plan is to...
