Re: EOTR MX-5 100th Anniversary Super 220

I can’t see what kit they are using for wheels & pedals, but obviously “full motion” seat isn’t low-end. You don’t need to spend a fortune to get involved - can be really competitive (and tense) but it’s also a great way to realise a couple of hours have just evaporated. I got new pedals for Ch...

I played what is probably a high end piece of kit, but I’d made me realise how realistic these things are.

EOTR MX-5 100th Anniversary Super 220

I've been fortunate enough to have owned many MX5s, all except the NA model. In fact, this was my second ND 184. Finding an NB that isn't a special edition is quite the rarity, but ND specials are less common. However, I reckon the 100th Anniversary edition is one of the best specs around. The red h...

Re: Harry’s Garage

There are quire a few of the new model Sports around here and they look best in black as it hides some of the detail, especially the rear as it looks like something is missing. Im not a huge fan of the defender, the 90 is too short and the 110 too long, maybe they can create a 100 as it would be jus...

Re: MX5 owners

The cayman would feel like an over geared boat by comparison and ownership costs would be very different.

A 2006 Mazda could cost circa £5k, a 2019 Cayman would be circa £35k and be a 2.0 litre.

Re: MX5 owners

@Jobbo not sure if you have ruled out an mx5, but if you havent this seems like a lot of car for the money, due to 'high' mileage.

Re: Tedious but traditional New Car thread

As much as I love the E46, the F20 is a massive step up in many ways, a much better daily and massively over engined (a good thing in my book).

A lot of car for the money too.

Apparently the German news report refers to a female spelling of employee.

Given that RB have let racism slide, it has to be serious for them to investigate.

Re: Lexus image in the UK

Im not sure if you need to prove membership of a golf club and do a secret handshake to get a discount on a Lexus. I have relatives in California who love Acuras, its it me or do certain cars look cooler abroad? I remember really wanting the big Infiniti suv but somehow they look drab back home. The...

Scratching my own curiosity, not many for sale, a few with delivery mileage. Apparently start from £100k list but this is £88k after barely moving https://www.autotrader.co.uk/car-details/202312194920391 Guessing the market for a 4 cylinder hybrid which has an 8 mile range and costs almost 6 figure...

The EQV is in for a service and the sales team have provided a GLE 400e, it rides very well and has a great interior. Im almost loath to admit that its easy to see why so many go for an suv over a saloon.

But £90k for a 2 litre!
