On reflection the conclusion newer/higher mileage/cheaper is more betterer than that one. Neither like MINIs so they're out.

To be fair to the lad he's not the type to go mental with/in it, but it's a good point all the same. Quick look at AT reveals a lot of the < 50k newer ones are CAT cars which is a bit off putting.

Further confusion. Owners manual just says P21/5 - the 380 bit is what all the configurators tell you. It's not a P21/5 at all it's a P21/4 566 type. FFS ford!
