I’ve had a thing for BMWs in Daytona Techno Violet since the E36 M3 Evo and then someone locally had a E39 Touring, a 540 sport edition which looked the absolute business.

Yes, there was an M3 touring with gold wheels in that colour at FOS at some point, I just can’t remember seeing an M5 in that colour yet. Joe Achilles had a nice Individual green one in his latest video, really does improve the overall look and balance of the car that some of the standard launch ...

Sorry to hear about all of the loss, life sucks and death at any age can be so hard to deal with. I guess its a privilege to age, but with that comes more exposure to losing those closest to you.

Anybody buying one of these is going to have loads of other cars they can use for those longer trips. It was the combination of the steering busy-ness and the noise levels that I just didn't appreciate before.

Apart from the paranoid bit of me not wanting an LG to connected to the internet, I’ve always found the inbuilt tv os to be very slow and laggy compared to the Apple TV and its apps.

There are some good deals on M5 Touring as a company car, I know a few who've gone down that route.

But... interior quality looks a step down from M3. Interior lighting looking like a 90s Dixons hifi has gone up exponentially. Lots of people complain about the ride quality and tyre noise. And ...

There were some truly fantastic cars there, but also what appeared to be a decent collection of utter bellends too.
