That looks very nice indeed, but regardless of price, I’m assuming nobody here will get the chance to buy one because….

They're all going to quietly disappear into private collections never to be seen again until one occasionally pops up at auction with a reserve of £10,000,000. I bet none of ...

Has there been any word on whether Scotland will ever get with the programme and offer speeding awareness courses up here?

I know so many people who have taken them and despite being utterly skeptics, it has made them think about their driving.

That's amazing, well done

I forgot to disable the interior alarm on my way home when I popped into the shops, but when the alarm went off I got a notification on my phone and a helpful photograph of the culprits.

Finally got on a plane with free Starlink. It’s incredible, 450mbps and rock solid the whole time!

My wife still doesn't really know what to tell people when they ask what I do for a job (although she now just says I'm a fireman), but when she found ...

If you are going to be in Perth anyway, then you really want to:

> take the A93 up to Glenshee
> catch your breath at the mahoosive car park (highest road point in the UK), before running on to Braemar. A lovely sweeping section.
> After Braemar, pick up the A939 towards the Lecht ski slope ...

M5's run-in service was finally done, not the best service (no pun intended) from Arnold Clark BMW... first time in 30 years of BMW ownership that the car wasn't washed or cleaned after being in to a dealer. First world problems etc.

Can confirm that sport plus mode + everything turned up to ...

Same here, cleared cookies and cache a few days ago but on desktop, just get logged out if I don't do something on here every few minutes.

Nice map 8-) Have shared it with quite a few people already.

We had a 12 hour shift in the Cairngorms yesterday. Very hard work but was incredible to see things like the coordination of the helicopters and just how dramatically the wind affects the fire front, spread, speed etc. Leafblowers are ...

I was a bit disappointed with Hail Mary after reading the book. Probably went in expecting a bit too much? Still good, but expected more, probably unfairly.

That's a massive nope on RE, Chris. After that thumbnail I'm not even clicking it.

That seems to be a common gripe about those who read ...

Fantastic stuff

I was wondering about getting a beehive here when we're done with the building work as we're planning a load of wildflowers for the boundaries and we already seem to have a decent mix of stuff growing wild which the bees like.

I thought about selling ours once we got fttp but it seems like a great thing to have in an emergency given the relatively small outlay for the kit.

@Ascender can you post the plans again? I can't find them easily in this thread. I don't think I'd realise quite how much you were taking out and keeping of the old building.

The old croft house is going to be untouched (we've replaced the roof and are going room by room inside). This was a ...

A Singer would still be the ultimate for me, I've only seen one in the flesh and the attention to detail and quality of components and workmanship is just off the scale.

Wow, red really isn't a good colour on it. The one Harry showed on-stage which was gunmetal grey seemed to be a bit more forgiving in not highlighting the styling or making it seem so jarring against the black panels.

And we're off... Feels like a long time coming but hopefully get concrete pouring by the end of the week so it's been a quick start after all that paperwork and hanging around.

Has anyone watched From ? I've heard people say it's kind of like Lost which is obviously not necessarily a slam-dunk depending on your view of that show.

Interview With The Vampire seems to have had some excellent reviews and is now on to S3.

Beany - I'm looking forward to watching House of the ...
