A couple of times I've been called up and I've just written my own letter explaining I'm a self employed contractor, happy to be considered at a another time but can't due to client commitments and nobody else to do it, financial loss etc. Been accepted every time.

Re: Decent Recent TV
Has anyone watched From ? I've heard people say it's kind of like Lost which is obviously not necessarily a slam-dunk depending on your view of that show.
Interview With The Vampire seems to have had some excellent reviews and is now on to S3.

FFS, that's another one that hits hard. Love his work, Event Horizon in particular and obviously Jurassic Park. RIP.

Two top drawer recommendations if you like a bit of horror... Hokum & Possession are both superb, both in very different ways.

Yip... and he's been more than willing to just buy a gearbox and other parts from Bugatti. I know the Furlonger guys have been manufacturing spare parts as well, but it all just seems a bit mental

I see Mark McCann and Matt Armstrong's challenges with Veyrons are continuing...
I don't know if I've forgotten due to old age or just don't know the answer, but why are Bugatti refusing to sell parts for the cars to individuals or the specialist indie Mark has been working with?

What's the carpet hair situation like ?
Our ML is bloody awful for holding onto dog hair so a boot liner is essential.
The TT used to be fine, it just hoovered up.
Important questions I think you'll agree.
Dave!
I've got a boot liner at the back bit and a third party one I just lay on ...

Modern cameras annd cars are just too good. The top formula car just looks like it’s on a Sunday drive and the EV not much better.
Chris McQuarrie was talking about this recently. He was saying that when shooting Top Gun Maverick, if the shot hasn't been planned with points of reference and ...

I've lost track of how many videos relating to this incident have popped up in the last few weeks and the majority of them seem to be very long so I've instead not viewed any of them despite being interested to hear how this resolves.

Never seen anything like it, thunder so loud it was shaking the glasses in the kitchen cupboards at times and massive lightning from about half six through to 3 or so this morning.

I still really like the idea of the central screen you can pivot as one of the issues with screens above the centre console is that its not facing the driver at all, so adjusting on the move can be tricky.

Re: It’s time for another forum cycle/vehicle disagreement
I haven't got the sound turned on but which one is the cnut there? The cyclist is going through a red light so it's irrelevant that the pedestrian steps out to stop him.
The cyclist. You need the sound on to hear him remonstrate that the pedestrian should have applied some common sense, yes ...

It's pretty good at excel, the rest can go in the bin. I had some really simple shit that would be perfect for it in Word this week and it simply couldn't handle it, you waste a load of time trying to get it to do it before it reluctantly ...

Sorry to hear that Swervin_Mervin . An old school friend is in a similar position and it's really hit hard, not entirely sure why as I'd not seem him for 20+ years. His age, my age, circumstance etc I guess.

Cancer is an absolute cvnt.
I wasn't sure when that series was filmed to now and obviously he's kept it private, but regardless, hopefully he gets through it.

That’s perhaps because in spite of looking like a traditional Cobra, this new model is notably larger, which means it should be comfortable for drivers over six-feet tall.
